Lawn/Landscape Foreman
This is a full-time yearly position. Pay rate is $18-26/hour depending on training and work experience.

Expectations And Duties:
- Cell phone to communicate with work personnel
- Responsible for workflow, record keeping, tools and vehicle maintenance
- Perform any jobs to fill in short-handed crews
- Lead crews in daily schedules
- Perform duties of crew leader, landscaper and lawn maintenance technicians
- Help around shop when needed
- Training new employees
Lawn Maintenance Technician
This is a full-time position. Pay rate is $18-26/hour depending on training and work experience.
Expectations and Duties:
- Mow lawn at HOAs, commercial properties, residential houses
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls
- Sweep/blow walkway of debris
- Perform routine maintenance duties
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment
- Operating machinery safely
- Lawn Mowers
- Weed Whackers
- Blowers
- Complete daily schedule in a timely, but efficient manner
- Cell phone at all times to communicate with reporting personnel
- Ability to drive a crew to and from jobs and follow work orders
- Perform any landscape duties when needed
Landscape Laborer/New Construction
This is a full-time position. Pay rate is $18-26/hour depending on training and work experience.
Expectations and Duties:
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, trees, bushes, etc.
- Follow designed work order images for landscape installations
- Apply fertilizer to ground
- Perform routine maintenance duties
- Sweep/blow walkway of debris
- Cut down tree limbs per work orders
- Trim shrubs and pull weeds
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment
- Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
- Install rock, gravel, patios, walkways, irrigation systems, etc.
- Operating Industry specific machinery safely
- Cell phone at all times to communicate with reporting personnel
- Ability to drive a crew to and from jobs and follow work orders
- Physical demands: required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel. Must be able to lift and or move 50lbs or more.
